Registration fee is 300 € (early registration) or 400 € (late registration, after June 16).  Bank transfer or Credit Card payments are accepted.

Registration fee also includes lunch and dinner on Monday July 10, and an informal tapas lunch on Tuesday July 11, after the symposium. For Monday dinner we will move to a picturesque underground “bodega” nearby the city, where they cook the most typical food in the traditional way using hot coals.

Please, contact the organization directly by email if you have any food restrictions (like being vegetarian,  gluten/lactose intolerance, etc.)

Important notice about Credit Cards

In order to avoid fraud, our online payment system (as many others in the EU) requires the users to pay with credit cards that have the double-authentication system enabled. In this way, when using the card for an online payment, this method typically sends an authorization code to the mobile phone of the user, and the user should include this code when completing the transaction.

ERROR. Trade does not accept payment unauthenticated. Please contact your organization to enable such payment.
